MUI (LPPOM) Hakkında
LPPOM MUI (Assessment Institute for Foods, Drugs, and Cosmetics of the Indonesian Ulama Council) is the primary halal certification body in Indonesia. Given Indonesia's status as the country with the largest Muslim population, MUI's standards and decisions carry significant weight globally. In 2019, Indonesia passed the Halal Product Guarantee Act, making halal certification mandatory for all products sold in the country.
